If you would like to purchase this kit but are unable to come to the meet up you can do so here.
This meet up is intended to generate excitement, inspiration, comradery, encouragement & support for my shop. This is not a class. I will give my tips for working Fair Isle, and am more than happy to pick up a dropped stitch, but this is also a time for myself to enjoy the company of other knitters. Please do not show up if you do not purchase a kit.
Please let me know if you are wanting to knit the hat or the cowl so I can have your pattern ready for you. You will be "drawing" for your kit around 12:15 after I share my Fair Isle tips for this project. What this means is we will have the yarn wound up and in project bags so you can't see what is inside. The bags are different colors and will give you a clue as to what colors might be inside. IE a purple knit Fort Wayne bag will have some purple yarn inside. The kits will be distributed in a fun game style. I will also bring additional yarns if you would like to purchase more, but because all the mystery yarns are wound, you are not able to return or exchange them. We have all the yarn wound so you can cast on this project right away.
If you would like to purchase additional supplies I am happy to bring them with me to the meet up- enter the code "electric" at check out for free shipping.
IMPORTANT: The deadline for signing up is Friday, March 29 at 3 PM. If you sign up after that your money will be promptly refunded and I will not have any supplies ready for you if you decide to show up anyway.
Included with the Electric Works meet up:
1 ball of Spincycle Dream State, 1 ball of Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok Worsted, 1 knit Fort Wayne Bag, 1 extra goodie. I have more than one kit containing the Spincycle colorway I used, Ghost Ranch.
We will be meeting at the Forum. Is is located in between Chapmans brewing and the food hall. The closet parking lot is the Sweeney lot, turn where the old sweeper shop was, and near the AMP lab.
Mark your calendars for the next meet up for LYS day on April 27th!
