Peach Pit is a stranded colorwork shawl with a modern motif reminiscent of cut peaches. Wear as a shoulder wrap or stylish bandana! Add more yarn to make it a large shawl (we have more of almost all colors in stock).
Knit in the round with paired increases to create a triangle, an i-cord bind-off finishes the widest and final edge. Steek stitches at the side edges, once cut, are unraveled to create a festive fringe.
Knit with three colors, the background contrasting markedly from the two-color ‘peach pits’. The color possibilities are endless!
When putting these together I tried to choose both contrasting colors that were more on the analogous side with a contrasting background.
This is a great project if you would like to steek in 2025! The fringe makes it so you don't have to reinforce it.
Each kit includes a digital download emailed to you, 2 skeins of Spincycle Dyed in the Wool as the MC and one of each CC. You also get a lovely pair of scissors, and a cute project bag!
