This 100% certified organic merino wool is gently treated with organic EcoWash, which  enhances the wool fibers to prevent felting.  The resulting yarns are great to handle, soft to wear, and machine washable.  This yarn is hand dyed in small batches.  Each skein has 140 yards per 50 grams and the recommended gauge is 5 1/4 sts per inch on a US 6 needle.  

Machine wash cool, delicate cycle, with like colors.  Lay flat to dry.
